We want you and your pets to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be:

  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all return requests.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened pet food or treats
  • Used grooming products
  • Medicines or health supplements
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order details
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, a replacement or full refund will be processed.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be approved.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was an error from our side.
