Eligibility for Returns
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required for all return requests.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened pet food or treats
- Used grooming products
- Medicines or health supplements
- Customized or special-order items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order details
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
After verification, a replacement or full refund will be processed.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be approved.
- Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless there was an error from our side.
